Position Summary

Project Manager – Property and Housing

  • Full time position – initial 3 year contract
  • Exciting opportunity, working on a variety of new projects

The Opportunity
We are experiencing continued growth in our Property and Housing portfolio.  This newly created position is an opportunity to project manage and high quality building and infrastructure programs for UnitingSA.  You will be involved in the efficient and effective delivery of housing and mixed-use building projects, from concept and feasibility through planning, design, construction and handover.

 

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Assist the Executive Manager Property & Housing in the delivery of major projects
  • Prepare business cases, project plans, stakeholder consultation plans, and risk management plans for new projects / property developments.
  • Coordinate with management in developing project scope, plan, deliverables, budget and milestones
  • Develop and manage the project coordination of multiple organisational projects

The successful candidate will have relevant qualifications and experience in project management and the delivery of multiple or complex property projects.

We are seeking a dynamic and confident individual who has an understanding of contemporary project management methodology and high-level report writing skills, with strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.  You have experience and enjoy working closely within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure project timelines are met.
